Nicola Keep

I took redundancy from IBM in 2005 after 18 very enjoyable years. Now live in North Devon and set up my own business providing a number of colour glossy local magazines which provide advertisers with affordable advertising to a specifically targeted audience. Keeps me busy but also have the flexibility to spend time with my two teenage boys.

Peter Kendall

Did I really leave in 1993? I returned for 3 yrs work in Vienna in 95/98. In August 2016 Carol and I moved to Doune in Scotland, after I finally retired from Age UK Bournemouth. We've got two grand-daughters living in Dunblane (5 miles away) and a grandson and grand-daughter in San Francisco. I still climb mountains and sail in warm seas! Life is good.

Lisa Kilmister

I am a partner with my husband Peter in our own business called Peak Partnership. He runs the training side and I run the sales consultancy. I am currently working, on a contract basis, with a CRM provider called Really Simple Systems based in Petersfield.

Shelagh Laing

We have lost touch with Shelagh. If you have any clues or contact info please let us know and we'll do the rest!

Mike Leaver

Mike is the IBM Client Exec for Alliance Boots and still gets involved in selling RS/6000s (albeit that they have a new fangled name now). Sold one last week in fact (Feb 09).

Nick Leech

Nick is Managing Director of kream group ltd, the holding company for kream franchises (the umbrella company for a number of kream motor recruitment franchises throughout the UK specialising in recruitment for the motor industry) and kream training ltd who train primarily sales executives for the motor industry. Living in North Yorkshire and recently re-married to Alison. Confirmed as middle aged having just bought a caravan!

Alison Lees

Ali Lees is living near Manchester. She is currently working as a mum to two demanding teenagers. One of whom has an unhealthy interest in linux et al. She blames the RS/6000 bid she was working on when she was expecting him! Ali is teaching computing and training puppies for the Guide dogs for the blind.

Bruce Lethaby

Bruce is selling, at IBM.

Mike Lunch

Mike Lunch - now semi retired, is Chairman / Director of several small high growth companies, runs a Vintage Wedding car hire business and is busy with a challenging house extension project. He sailed the Atlantic this year and his blog can be found here

Ian Lynes

Ian works for QS, providing universities with software services to support student recruitment.

Tim Main

Tim is still at IBM, just a few of us left now! IBM Technical Director IM and App Platforms. Live in West Meon, Hampshire with my 2 crazy children and wife ;-)

Paul Martynenko

Paul is IBM Vice President & Technical Executive for Northeast Europe

Robert Mathie

We have lost touch with Robert. If you have any clues or contact info please let us know and we'll do the rest!

Ian McKiver

I took early retirement from IBM in 2005 and I'm planning on retiring to Bolivia, or maybe Brazil (or new Zealand? She can't make her mind up!)

David McKenzie

David retired from IBM in 2002 and moved back to Scotland in 2006 where he now lives on the shores of Loch Long in Argyll. After several years running own consultancy, he is now very much involved with community projects. He is also on the Board of the Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park and does occasional work for the Scottish Government. After an IBM lifetime of moving his own family round several countries, he is not surprised that his daughter and family have moved to Zurich and his son and family have moved to Singapore. Global travel is therefore still on the agenda.

Andy McMenemy

Andy is still at IBM. He is an Exec IT Architect in Global Business Services.

Barry Mellish

Having retired from IBM in October 2012 I busied myself by obtaining a degree in Pastoral Theology and becoming ordained as a Permanent Deacon in the Roman Catholic Church. I now seem to be busier than ever visiting the sick and housebound, helping at Mass and conducting baptism and funerals - I am available to conduct the Last Rites when we have our final, final final reunion!

In my remaining spare time Julia and I try to pop down to our holiday edge in Devon and go walking whenever we can. I am probably the only lag to have a dinosaur named after him - the Baryonyx which lived some 125 million years ago in the  Barremian stage of the early Cretaceous Period.

Garry Miller

Garry left IBM, joined Microsoft and then joined a start up business, IMGROUP, focussing on BI and analytics. Sold the business to Hitachi where he is now VP of Alliances. Gary still has his horses and enjoys hacking out in the New Forest where he now lives with his wife.

Eileen Moran

Eileen is currently the IBM Business Development Executive for the HSBC Global Account based in South Bank. Eileen still lives in Bramley near Basingstoke and still sails her Contessa 32 in the Solent when time allows.

Geoff Morton

Decided Oracle corporate life was not for me anymore. I quit in July 2014 and joined a relatively small (400 people) Group headquartered in Italy. I run their M2M and IoT business globally. What a refreshing change from corporate IT America (all my working life since IBM in the late 80's)... Sadly, Geoff passed away in 2019 and will be sorely missed!

Brian Mullholland

We have lost touch with Brian. If you have any clues or contact info please let us know and we'll do the rest!

Gill Niblock

Gill Niblock is in the Navy! Oh yes she is!

Chris Oliver

I have now enjoyed a few years since leaving the "old firm". I spend about 5 months a year on the Cote D'Azur where I live and sail. The rest of the time is in Caterham, Surrey or on other hols. I have fond memories of the people I worked with in AIX and welcome visitors. LIFE IS GOOD.

Di Oubridge

Di is back at IBM as Integrated Solution Sales Manager in the Business Partner Organisation.
